DAY 1Mumbai → Jodhpur | Train Journey
The journey is going to be filled with games & interactive sessions.

DAY 2Jodhpur City Exploration
Arrive early morning at Jodhpur Railway Station and proceed to the hotel. Check-in and freshen up. (Early check-in subject to availability.)
Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, showcasing royal architecture, artefacts, and memorabilia.
After lunch, visit Jaswant Thada, followed by an exploration of the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort.
Later, explore Clock Tower & Sardar Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere, handicrafts, and local delicacies.
End the day exploring the charming Blue City streets and capturing beautiful views.

DAY 3Jodhpur to Jaisalmer | Desert Experience
Visit Bada Bagh and the mysterious Kuldhara Village en route.
Continue to Sam Sand Dunes, check in to the desert camp and freshen up.
Enjoy dune bashing, a camel ride, and a stunning sunset over the Thar Desert.
In the evening, experience a vibrant Rajasthani cultural program, folk music, bonfire, and traditional dinner.

DAY 4Jaisalmer City Exploration | Departure to Mumbai

Explore the local markets, shop for traditional handicrafts, and experience the vibrant Rajasthani culture.
Later, proceed to Jaisalmer Railway Station for your overnight train journey back to Mumbai.

Incase the participant wants to cancel the train tickets & opt for flight, the cancellations charges would be applicable.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total tour cost.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days before the date of departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of departure must be paid 100% at the time of confirmation.
Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transportation and activities at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation/voucher will be shared once the required advance payment is received.
Any additional expenses arising due to changes requested by the guest after confirmation will be charged separately.
Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
30 days or more before departure: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
No-show or cancellation after the trip has commenced: No refund.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Any non-refundable hotel, transport, activity or booking charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, government restrictions, or weather conditions, the refund will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
