The Do Dham journey begins with a helicopter ride from Phata, Guptkashi, or Dehradun to Kedarnath, ensuring a hassle-free and quick visit to the revered Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Pilgrims can complete darshan and rituals before flying back. This aerial route reduces travel fatigue and makes the pilgrimage accessible to all age groups.

From Kedarnath, the Do Dham journey continues by road to Badrinath, the sacred abode of Lord Vishnu. The scenic drive through Rudraprayag and Joshimath offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon reaching Badrinath, devotees can visit the Badrinath Temple, take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund, and seek blessings.

Terms & Condition

• In case of any hike in the hotel rates, the package cost will be amended accordingly. In case of a change in the train / flight schedule or timing resulting to amend the itinerary, the cost if any, will advised separately and same will be paid by the guest.

• Aananda Holidays is presently not holding hotel for your proposed tour plan. Confirmation is subject to receiving an email from Aananda Holidays of confirmation.

• If the group members do not arrive or depart with the group, additional transfer charges will be applicable

• Quote does not include any meals, which is not specified. In case the same is required, during transfers, sightseeing and day trips, additional will be charged, on actual (if applicable)

• The rates mentioned above are valid for the dates mentioned above only.

• Please note Budget Hotels in India are very basic accommodation at most of the places.

• In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.

Additional Information

TOUR GUIDELINES:

• VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government.

• In view of our helicopters’ weight-carrying capacity, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.

• FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS: This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs. However, we reserve the right to change/postpone the timings of flying one day prior, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.

• Passengers must submit their correct weights at the time of booking.

• BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kg is allowed per passenger. It Is not permitted to carry suitcases or big travel bags in the helicopter; therefore, duffle bags will be provided by our team to all passengers on the day of arrival.

• Arrival/departure details must be provided at the time of booking so that we can smoothly operate the tour.

• Passengers should book Dehradun arrival flights around 02:00 pm, or earlier.

• Kedarnath shuttle service: Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath ji in a shuttle services flight. And it is likely that passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in the same flight.

• Any sudden increase in taxes/levy by the State Government or the temple authorities, will be borne by the passengers.

• If online Yatra registration will be compulsory, then passengers will have to do the same prior to travel.

• Comfortable clothing such as tracksuits or Kurtas are advised on the tour. As for shoes, one should carry sports or trekking shoes.

• We have our crew at all the Dhams. For assistance, they will always be with the passengers always.

• Infants below 2 years (Max 12 kg weight) are accommodated free of charge. For verification of the age of the child, the ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.

• Any donations, tips, pitthu, and extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.

• Airport transfers shall be provided on the arrival day at Dehradun, and the last day of our tour.

• Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work in these regions mostly.

• All temples in the Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry warm clothing with them, because, during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.

Note:

● Please note that VIP Darshan is mandatory for Same Day Kedarnath temple (By chopper) and it is collected by the temple committee. VIP Darshan cost is INR 2500 per person.

● Kindly do not compare mountain hotel services as in the plain areas. But we are using the best available hotels at all destinations.

Pending Payment

• Kindly complete your pending payment before 7 Days prior to the departure of the trip.

• Incase you fail to pay the second installment the organizer holds the right to cancel your bookings.

• Boarding will be denied incase of non payment and the seat will be allotted to someone else.

• Incase of non payment the advance amount paid is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trip — get a monetary refund with 15% cancellation charges of total trip amount.

• Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days before the starting date of the trip — get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges of total trip amount.

• Cancellation less than 20 days before the starting date of the trip — No refund will be provided for any amount paid.

• Cancellation in case you’re not well and could not join: In case you are unwell it is advisable to take rest however kindly note that you can find a replacement for yourself no refund or transfer is applicable in the case of any illness or covid cases.
