Trek Itinerary
DAY 1Drive from Dehradun to Natin
Distance: 180 km | Duration: 7 hours
Accommodation: Homestay
The group will assemble at the pickup point at 7:00 AM.
Afterwards, we'll drive towards Natin, which is the starting point for the Dayara Bugyal Trek.
Upon our arrival in Natin, we'll check into our designated stays.

Pickup Point: Prince Chowk (Near Dehradun Railway Station)

DAY 2Trek from Natin to Gui
Altitude: 9,884 ft
Distance: 5 km | Duration: 5 hours
Accommodation: Campsite
After an early morning breakfast, we’ll begin our trek from Natin towards Gui, our next campsite.
The trail takes us through beautiful oak forests, offering scenic mountain views and a peaceful Himalayan atmosphere throughout the journey.
After covering approximately 5 km, we’ll reach Gui and check into our campsite, followed by a well-deserved lunch.
Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the campsite or exploring the surroundings at your own pace.
An easy acclimatization walk is recommended to help your body adjust to the increasing altitude.
Enjoy dinner around the campsite and settle in for an overnight stay under the mountains.
DAY 3Gui to Dayara Bugyal | Back to Gui

Distance: 13 km | Duration: 9 hours
Accommodation: Campsite
After an early morning breakfast, we'll start our trek and head to** Dayara Bugyal viewpoint, **which offers stunning views of Bandarpoonch, Black Peak, Draupadi ka Danda and more.
The entire trail consists of lush green meadows that open up to provide picturesque views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival, we'll have a packed lunch at the Dayara Bugya Top.
After spending some time at the summit, we'll head back to the Gui campsite. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner followed by an overnight stay in the camp.
DAY 4Trek from Gui to Natin Drive to Dehradun
Trek Distance: 5 km | 4 hrs
Drive Distance: 180 Kilometers | 7 Hours
After an early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our campsite and descend towards Natin Village.
We'll drive back to Dehradun via Uttarkashi with the picturesque Himalayan hamlets passing by.
Upon arrival in Dehradun, the group will part ways with fond memories of the trek.
Note:
1. Drop-off Time: 9 PM at Prince Chowk (Near Dehradun Railway Station).
2. Natin to Dehradun transportation is included for trekkers opting for the Dehradun to Dehradun package.
3. It is recommended to book your return bus after 11.00 PM.
Inclusions & Exclusions
- Accommodation: 1 night in a homestay on a triple/quad-sharing basis. 2 nights in tented accommodation on a triple-sharing basis.
- Surface transfers from Dehradun – Natin – Dehradun by Sumo, Bolero, or Tempo Traveller (Non-AC), depending on the group size.
- All vegetarian meals from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 4. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Days 2 and 3. Simple, nutritious vegetarian meals will be served throughout the trek.
- Trekking tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, dining tent, kitchen tent, and toilet tent.
- Qualified and experienced trek leader along with trained support staff.
- All necessary permits and applicable fees for Indian nationals.
- Gaiters, microspikes, and rope, if required.
- Walkie-talkies, basic first-aid kit, oximeter, blood pressure monitor, and oxygen cylinder.
- Local experienced guides, with the guide-to-participant ratio depending on the group size.
- Cloakroom facility available at the base camp for storing extra luggage.
- Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, shopping, or other personal purchases.
- Meals during transit to and from the trek base.
- Travel or medical insurance of any kind. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before the trek.
- Expenses arising due to unscheduled delays caused by landslides, roadblocks, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional costs arising due to Force Majeure events, including evacuation charges, if required.

- Bag Offloading - Bag offloading charges: ₹1,050 per bag. Maximum permissible weight: 10 kg per bag. Charges are payable separately and are not included in the trek package.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total tour cost.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days before the date of departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of departure must be paid 100% at the time of confirmation.
Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transportation and activities at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation/voucher will be shared once the required advance payment is received.
Any additional expenses arising due to changes requested by the guest after confirmation will be charged separately.
