Participants are requested to board the CSMT – Kasara Fast Local as per the following schedule:
11:42 AM – CSMT
11:49 AM – Byculla
11:55 AM – Dadar
12:02 PM – Kurla
12:06 PM – Ghatkopar
12:22 PM – Thane
12:38 PM – Dombivli
01:58 PM – Kasara

02:00 PM – Meet Team LBYD at Kasara railway station. Freshen up and assemble for the onward journey to the campsite.

Board our transfer vehicle and enjoy a scenic drive towards the beautiful landscapes of Bhandardara.

05:00 PM – Arrive at the campsite located near the serene Arthur Lake. Take in the first refreshing views of the lake and settle into your tents.

05:30 PM – Enjoy evening snacks with a hot cup of tea while relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

06:00 PM – Spend some quiet time by the lake and witness a beautiful sunset over the mountains.

07:00 PM – Participate in fun group activities and games followed by music and dance.

09:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious dinner at the campsite.

10:00 PM – After dinner, head out for a guided night trail into the forest to witness the magical fireflies glowing across the trees. Capture this once-in-a-lifetime natural spectacle.

11:00 PM – Return to the campsite and relax around the bonfire while enjoying a live acoustic session followed by a round of spooky ghost stories.

07:00 AM – Wake up to the refreshing morning breeze and take a peaceful walk along the lakeside near Arthur Lake. Enjoy the calm surroundings and the beautiful views of the mountains.

07:30 AM – Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the campsite and get ready for a relaxing boating experience on the lake.

10:00 AM – It’s time to bid farewell to the beautiful landscapes of Bhandardara. Board our vehicle for the return journey to Kasara Railway Station.

Upon reaching the station, the trip concludes with wonderful memories of the magical Fireflies Camping Experience.

Firefly sightings are dependent on weather conditions. This is the ideal season to witness the phenomenon; however, sightings may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Avoid carrying heavy backpacks. It is recommended to keep your belongings covered in plastic bags or waterproof covers as there may be chances of rain.

The meals served during the trip will be simple, authentic village-style food, freshly prepared by locals.

This is a budget-friendly nature experience, and the facilities at the campsite are basic.

The tents provided are simple, cozy, and non-luxury camping tents designed for a comfortable outdoor stay.

Since the campsite is located in an eco-sensitive zone, permanent toilets are not available at the campsite, but washroom facilities can be accessed at a short walking distance.

In case of unexpected weather changes or unforeseen circumstances, if camping becomes unsafe, the organizers will arrange alternate accommodation in nearby homestays or village houses (subject to availability).

Campfires are weather-dependent and may not be possible if it rains.

The itinerary is indicative and may change depending on local conditions, weather, or delays. Participants are advised to keep a buffer before making any post-trip travel plans.

Participants can also arrive at the meeting point using their own vehicle if they prefer.

Pay the booking amount that is 50% of the total trip cost to secure your seat.

20 to 15 Days Before Departure:
Pay the booking amount that is 75% of the total trip cost.

14 to 7 Days Before Departure:
100% payment (full trip cost) is compulsory to confirm your participation.

30 Days or More Before Departure:
You can cancel or shift to another batch.
The booking amount will be given as a credit note, after deducting the basic booking fee.

29 to 21 Days Before Departure:
❗ Batch shifting is not allowed.
25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
The booking amount will be adjusted, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

20 to 15 Days Before Departure:
❗ Batch shifting is not allowed.
50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded after deduction.

14 Days Before Departure:
❗ Batch shifting is not permitted.
No refund will be provided.
